Sue Kunimune, Principal

Prior to opening Kunimune & Associates in 2003, Sue helped launch two other successful search firms, Inkinen & Associates in Honolulu, Hawaii, a leader in Pacific Rim executive search and Career Staffing International in Denver. She  is a sought-after workshop facilitator and speaker, presenting at the Society of Hispanic Human Resources Professionals (SHRRP), the Colorado Chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA) , the Hawaii Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Hawaii Society of Business Professionals, and National Association of Professional Women Hawaii chapter. Sue is a member of the Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters (RMAAR) and has over 10 million Linkedin connections.


Sue completed her B.A. in Spanish at the Instituto Internacional in Madrid, Spain. She has lived and worked in Spain, the West Indies, Mexico, Colorado, Mexico and Hawaii.  She has recently returned from a five year recruiting assignment in Honolulu and is excited to be back in Colorado.
